Hello, Benny here, I look
forward to seeing you and your dog when you come in for our "meet &
greet", until then, allow me to introduce myself. I am a graduate of
Southern Methodist University and a member of the BBB, ASPCA, HSUS and
the NADDA
(North American Dog Daycare
Association). I opened the dog resort in 2002 with the realization of
owning my own business and playing with dogs all day! I aim to keep the
resort as a friendly and happy getaway for your dog. No matter who
the dogs are, I will treat them as one of my own.
Besides myself, I employ a staff of dedicated dog-friendly folks
who are all trained & certified, each one having at least five years of
experience working with and caring for dogs. Additionally I hire people
who simply enjoy working with dogs; you'll see it when the dogs are happy and excited to see
everyone.
Jackson and Boxster (pictured) are my co-pilots for 12 and 2 years respectively, Jackson has been with me from
the start. He loves to greet other dogs, socializing and being just a
wonderful friend each day. Boxster is the new puppy, he will love to play with anyone!
Lastly, I wish to introduce the best people your dog will ever know...
Brittany has been working with dogs for the past 6 years, she is both PCSA and Red Cross certified
in pet cpr and dog first aid. She has 3 dogs of her own (Luke, Chevy and Ruby) with several
honorary doggie children. Animals have Brittany's heart forever, she loves making a connection with every
dog that comes in and she gets very excited upon seeing them. She loves spending extra time with the more
timid ones to make them feel more comfortable.
Leslie is a Dallas native with a background in veterinary studies, she is currently pursuing
her Masters in Psychology. Leslie grew up around dogs all her life, she is the proud parent of
Corona and Bentley. Intuitive to our guest's wants and needs, dogs love the fun and games she introduces them to.
Andrea is a native of Washington and now calls Texas home. Her herd consists of
a huge lovable bear of a dog named Bailey and a little fur ball named Midnight (in addition to two
cats and two turtles as well). Andrea's love for animals shows each and every day, and she hopes
to continue this in the future with her own facility.
Robert was born and raised in New Orleans, studied business at LSU and Univ. of N.O. and even
an MCSE as well. Winds of change (Hurricane Katrina) brought Robert to Dallas where his
love of dogs shows in all the fun games and playtime he has with them. Robert is the proud parent of Coco, a most
fun little pup.
Nikki and Lara round out our little family. Nikki has been with us for
about a year, mom to her dog Sarge and the three cats in her home. Lara is the companion
to her dog Joe, she volunteers with us to share the joy in caring for dogs. Best
summarized by Nikki, we all love our doggie guests because "...a house just isn't a home without a few animals..."
